At the Veterans Habitat Project your contributions go towards providing safe and affordable housing for veterans after our clients successfully complete a 9-month Veterans Administration's Homeless Veterans Program. We are bridging the gap between the shelter and the 3-year waiting list for a long term permanent affordable housing solution. Not only do we accept many types of cash donations, but we also accept donated land and cars. Unlike many non-profits your donations are not going towards our VHP board members because we maintain a voluntary position this is because we are dedicated to helping as many veterans as possible... thank you!
Rental Opportunities
We will provide affordable housing opportunities to veterans who may not have access to traditional rental options. Our program will help our veteran clients to earn a permanent address plus a rental history for a successful future.
Housing Assistance
Long term and affordable housing is extremely challenging, especially for veterans with limited resources. Your donations will unlock the resources that our veterans need for their continuing success which will extend beyond our program.
Community Outreach Programs
We believe in building strong communities that support our veterans. Our program promotes well established VA programs and resources as much as possible so our veterans continue to thrive. Plus we plan to provide a landscape that will make them feel right at home.
